Evelyn Page - CEO & FOUNDER

The entire team at Beach & Bay Realty, LLC mourns the loss of our CEO and Founder, Evelyn Page, in March of 2023. Her son, Stephen Page, is now acting Broker for the company.

Evelyn earned her B.S. degree in education at the University of Florida. After completing post graduate work, she began a successful teaching career at Southside Junior High School and St. Petersburg College. She also tutored privately, and wrote a book on reading education for special needs students.

Evelyn entered the real estate business in 1965 and enjoyed great success selling single family residences, homesites, farms and ranches in south Texas. After moving to Florida in 1992, she switched her focus to the development and sales of luxury condominiums.

Beach Club of Indian Shores, a 12 unit beachfront project, was her first sales effort in the upscale condominium market. Completed in 1994, Beach Club represented the first new construction on Indian Shores in more than a decade, and was the catalyst for much of the luxury waterfront development to follow. Since then, Evelyn has sold out 36 condominium and townhome projects along the Pinellas beaches.

In total, properties she and her partners have developed, sold or resold have totaled more than $1 billion in value.

Phyllis Miller - Office Manager

Phyllis has been with Beach & Bay for more than 15 years after relocating from Massachusetts in 1974. She serves as office manager and executive assistant to Evelyn. Phyllis is a very talented multi-tasker who keeps the office running smoothly every day. She coordinates and professionally executes an array of tasks including scheduling, coordinating sales and closings and assisting with project marketing.  

Phyllis loves the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and has been a fan since 1976. She spends her free time line dancing and dog sitting. Phyllis has a welcoming smile for everyone, and is truly the heart of operations at Beach & Bay.

Toni Jones - Accounting

Beach and Bay Realty welcomed Toni to the company in 2017 as head of accounting and payroll. She relocated from Michigan in 2014, and brings a wealth of experience in the accounting field. Toni is extremely talented and detail oriented, and stays right on top of all things financial at Beach & Bay. She is an invaluable member of the team in serving our real estate clients and keeping track of finances. Toni is also an avid animal lover and brings a great spirit of kindness and compassion to the office.
