is a proud St. Petersburg native who has spent nearly his entire life in the Tampa Bay area. After earning his Bachelor’s degree and real estate credentials, he launched his career in real estate, starting with small residential projects and steadily growing over the past 27 years into a respected developer of multi-million-dollar condominium and townhome communities along Florida’s west Gulf coast.
In 2004, Stephen expanded his investment portfolio to include hotel and restaurant ventures, further diversifying his footprint across the state.
He attributes his long-standing success to a hands-on, ownership-driven approach and a deep understanding of every phase of development—from acquisition and entitlements to financing, construction, and sales. Stephen is especially skilled at navigating complex challenges, including zoning, variances, and working closely with local municipalities to move projects forward.
Beyond business, Stephen is deeply rooted in the community. He values the strong relationships he’s built over the years and actively supports several nonprofits focused on individuals with special needs, marine rehabilitation, and homeless animals.
In his downtime, Stephen heads to his farm in North Carolina, where he raises Christmas trees and finds peace working the land. He also loves spending time with his family and beautiful wife—who’s often persuading him to add just one more animal to their growing collection.
