Me and my husband went down to Madeira Beach, Florida to search for a rental property. When the world stopped a few weeks later, we gave up on that idea and thought about permanently locating to the Florida. We flew back down, toured about one hundred properties and decided Terra Ceia Island was going to be our new home. Instead of contacting the realtor who was selling this specific property, we decided to call Aimee to have her help us with this purchase because when we were with her, she was so generous with her time, sincere, thoughtful, knowledgeable and experienced with us the first time. Aimee is straight-forward and gets the job done! There was no putzing around and she wasn't wishy-washy. She communicated with us freely and often, answered all the questions we had about purchasing Land by the water, all the definitions regarding flood zones, etc. She is a top-notch professional and I'm going to recommend her to anyone and everyone I can, because a lot of people are leaving the north and flocking south to Florida and they'll be looking for homes or property, too.
