From start to finish, Sarah was absolutely wonderful!

She assisted us in selling our Florida home while we were living in Ohio, and I can't express enough what it meant to us to have someone we could trust to be our "boots on the ground".

Before we even knew there was flooding in the neighborhood due to severe weather, she called from our house to give us an update on what was happening, and what she had already done to mitigate the damage. I mean, c'mon, who does that?? She literally ran over to our house and cared for it as she would her own!

When we went down to pack up and get the house ready for the buyer, she came by every day to help with small repairs (she even voluntold her husband to help with some stuff, lol).

Grateful doesn't even begin to describe how we felt having Sarah as our agent. And I don't even like using the word "agent", because by the time all was said and done, she felt more like family.

Buying or selling a house can be so incredibly stressful, especially when you're trying to do it from 1,000 miles away, but Sarah made it easy and pain free.

She truly is a diamond in the rough.
